TERMS & CONDITIONS

ARTWORK
All quotes are based upon the receipt of camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork. Images requiring additional art time will be subject to artwork charges.

AREA and POSITIONING OF ARTWORK
Artwork layout (logo size) will vary with each design, product style, and product size. Logos are positioned for the best appearance in our judgment. Screen printed items are one sided only unless otherwise specified on order.

CARE OF PRODUCT
UB&F manufactures its product to the highest quality industry standards of material and workmanship. One important factor that we cannot control is the way flags are treated by customers. Premature flag failure can be prevented.

FREIGHT CHARGES
Shipments are FOB unless specifically quoted otherwise. Unless specifically requested, orders will be shipped via ground transportation. Freight charges will be added to the invoice. Any freight quotation provided prior to shipment is an estimate only.

PRODUCTION TIME
Normal production time is 2 to 3 weeks (ARO) for reorders and 3 to 4 weeks (ARO) for new orders. Orders may be delayed due to licensing. Large quantities or complex products may require a longer lead-time.

QUANTITIES
Minimum order quantities vary by products.

RETURNS
Absolutely no merchandise will be accepted for return without written authorization.

RETURNED CHECKS
There is a $25.00 charge for checks returned for any reason.

RUSH ORDERS
Orders requiring shipment in less than normal production time will be charged an additional 10% over prices in effect. This applies to new orders and reorders.

SPECIAL QUOTES
We would be pleased to provide quotes on custom items, large quantities, and other special requests. All prices quoted apply to specified quantities only. If quantities change after initial quote, another quote may be required.

TERMS
All new accounts require 50% payment with order and balance due

COD
After initial shipment, customers requesting open account privileges should supply at least four current credit references, and any other relevant credit information. Please allow adequate time for reference inspection.

TRADEMARKS & LICENSING
Artwork or other materials submitted by you or your client for our use in producing an order will be accepted as being in full compliance with all laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, patents, licenses, and other similar types of protection. You and your client agree that, by submitting artwork for our use, these laws will not be violated and this company shall not be held responsible for compliance with such laws.
